Part of our Christmas gift to each other was dinner at Mario Battali’s Manzo.

1. Carne Cruda al Coltello with Enoki Mushrooms & Black Truffle Bruschetta

2. Mozzarella Di Bufala Campana: with almonds, brown butter and guanciale

3. Orecchiette with sausage & broccoli rabe pesto

4. Tagliata with sweet potatoe, funghi misti & bone marrow agrodolce

5. Bonet Alla Piemontese: espresso custard with amaretti and stracciatella gelato

…and we washed it down with Tormaresca Neprica 2009
